Paste one or many Base62 IDs (one per line).
A v4 UUID is 128 random bits shown as 32 hex characters. This tool reads those 16 bytes as a single big‑endian integer and re‑encodes it in Base62 (or another alphabet), padding to a fixed width so every ID is the same length — Base62 → 22 chars.
The mapping is lossless and reversible: the UUID's version and variant bits are part of the 128‑bit value, so decoding gives back the exact same UUID.
crypto.randomUUID() is only available on HTTPS or localhost. If it's missing, this page falls back to a v4 UUID built from crypto.getRandomValues(). Source: MDN — Crypto.randomUUID().
Alphabets: Base62 = 0‑9A‑Za‑z (62). Base58 drops 0 O I l for humans. Base52 is letters only. Base36 is lowercase + digits (URL‑safe, longest).
